Challenge
Wiggle isn’t just car hire. It's a club. A quirky, exclusive experience where members book vacations, tee off on the course, dine at The Wiggle Room, and discover Cape Town through a lens that’s distinctly Wiggle.
The challenge was fitting it all in one place: luxury cars (Range Rover Evoques, Porsche 911s), fine dining at The Wiggle Room, golfing, Cape Town experiences, vacation packages, and membership that felt like belonging. It had to feel premium and intuitive, but a bit unexpected. Not corporate. Not generic. We needed a concierge feature to help members navigate it all.
Members might book a car one day, a table the next, a golf weekend the week after. The flow had to hold together. One club, many ways to use it. Plus hotel partnerships, emergency response, destination discovery, and it had to work on Android and iOS. Every screen needed to pull its weight and feel like Wiggle.
Solution
We built the app around the WiggleVerse idea: "the cars are the heart and lungs, you are the soul." That drove the design. I led workshops, Figma prototyping, and worked closely with the dev team on the React Native build for Android and iOS.
The app became the hub for Wiggle. Members browse and book cars in a carousel. The Wiggle Room, fine dining at the heart of the club, is bookable in-app. Golfing, Cape Town experiences, and vacation packages sit next to hotel partnerships so members can build their own itinerary. The concierge helps with destinations and keeps people connected. Emergency response is there for safety on the road.
The result is more than an app. It's the home base for the club. One place to book a car, a table, a round of golf, or a Cape Town adventure.

The app brings together cars, The Wiggle Room, golfing, vacations, and Cape Town experiences in one place. premium, intuitive, and with that unmistakable Wiggle personality. Every touchpoint was designed so members feel they belong to something special, whether they’re booking a table, a tee time, or a Porsche for the weekend.
